The New Zealand Polo Association requires clubs to complete accident and horse welfare reports after any accidents/incidents for both players and horses these will be submitted to NZPA and your local association. 

All New Zealand polo clubs are required to have their own Health and Safety Plan, a template can be acquired from the NZPA secretary.
